The first few days of our Amsterdam trip were spent in the city center. We walked a lot. We took a guided tour through several canals. Spent a day with other tourists being guided around four smaller towns to see windmills, eat cheese, and learn about making clogs. And visited Anne Frank’s house.
One of my favorite things from each trip I’ve taken to Europe is the time spent on a cafe or bar patio. I love the culture of sitting with a drink, whether alone or with friends. Thankfully we got plenty of time to enjoy that slower side of travel through moments on cafe patios.
Grace and I spent a week in Amsterdam this month. Here are a few moments captured on video.
My partner and I spend the last of 2022 and beginning of 2023 in New York. It was my first time back to NYC since I began shooting film at the end of 2017. I was so happy to return to a city that I love, to shoot film that I love, with the one that I love.
